The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· To become a member
· To purchase products
· To make use of Branch Benefits
We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you with regard to Branch activities, product purchases etc.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your name and contact details for the duration of your membership or as long as we have a continued legitimate interest, whichever is the longer. We will then dispose your information by either deleting or anonymising it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
